Marie’s all-round experience with tenancy law and management of commercial and rental properties is instrumental in the investors getting the best advice on the property’s risks and potential.
Marie also advises investors on development of their existing property portfolio, including improving the return on investment, remedy any idleness, and preparation of property sale.
Experience
Marie has 8 years of experience with tenancy law and real estate, including 4 years as a senior legal advisor in DEAS Property Management. Also, Marie has ongoing experience with investment, optimization, and management of commercial and rental property portfolio in Copenhagen and Aarhus. Through her experience Marie has a deep understanding of not only the legal aspects of tenancy law and real estate but also the practical everyday operation.
Furthermore, Marie has worked almost 4 years as a deputy prosecutor in the Danish police.
Marie is a member of the Rent Control Board of Copenhagen, she is a lay judge at the Rental Court of Frederiksberg, and she holds board positions in a couple of real estate companies.

Marie holds a Master of Law (cand.jur.) from the University of Aarhus (2011) and D.E.U.G. in French law (a 2-year university degree) from Université Phantéon-Assas (Paris II) in Paris.
