Nina is a specialist in financial regulation and banking and finance law. Nina advises various financial companies, including banks, pension funds, investment managers and advisors and alternative investment fund managers on compliance and regulatory issues. Nina has substantial experience within alternative investments, including setting up alternative investment fund structures in Denmark and abroad. Further Nina assist investors with investing into alternative investments, including providing due diligence related to alternative investments and including setting up internal governance related to alternative investments.
 
Nina is an active networker and acts as a mentor with Copenhagen Fintech and as professional mentor, senior advisor and board member in various financial companies.

Experience

Nina has more than 15 years of experience within financial regulation and banking/finance law, including 5 years as a Chief Legal Advisor in Danske Bank and 10 years as an external lawyer.

Education/ publications

 

Nina is the co-author of the Danish commented Law on Alternative Investment Fund Managers.
In addition to the master’s degree in law from University of Copenhagen, Nina holds a master’s in finance (HD(f)) from Copenhagen Business School.
